Thaicom announces new date for AGM 2020 with guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19

Thaicom announces a new date for its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM), which was earlier postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The AGM will be held on Wednesday, 22 July 2020, 9.30 hrs, at Vibhavadee Ballroom (Lobby Floor), Centara Grand Central Plaza Ladprao, Bangkok. Registration starts at 7.30 hrs.

The AGM will be conducted in compliance with the guidelines of safety measures from the Centre for COVID-19 Situation Administration. In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the Company will limit the number of shareholders to 100 allowed to attend the event, thus ensuring the 1.5-metre social distancing rule.

The Company will adopt preventive measures at the venue to ensure the safety of the shareholders attending the meeting. However, due to the limitation of seats available, the Company would recommend to appoint one of the Company’s independent directors as a proxy to attend the AGM on their behalf.
