Postponement of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2020
Due to the COVID-19 epidemic, which is spreading rapidly and has not yet been contained, the government has asked for cooperation from the private sector to reconsider activities that involve large gatherings of people.
Although the Company has taken measures to protect shareholders attending the meeting, it cannot guarantee that the risk of infection can be significantly reduced. The situation is changing fast, making it impossible to predict what will happen next. In addition, the hotel owning the meeting facility does not allow the use of their premises for meetings during the crisis. The Company considers the safety of shareholders our first priority.
The postponement of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the Year 2020 until after May 29, 2020 will not have any significant effect on the Company’s business operations or the shareholders’ right to receive the interim dividend.
The Company will review the situation, and set a new date and agenda for the AGM, including a new record date for specifying the list of shareholders who have the right to attend the meeting. The Company will inform the shareholders accordingly.
