Measures to Prevent COVID-19 infection at the AGM 2020
Out of concern for the health of shareholders who will attend the Annual General Meeting during the Coronavirus crisis (COVID-19), we would like to inform shareholders that they may authorize an independent director to attend and vote at the Annual General Meeting on their behalf by completing only one of the proxy forms that were sent to every shareholder in advance or download from the company website: www.thaicom.net and send back to the Company as process shown in Enclosure 5 of the invitation.
For those who will attend the AGM, the Company will set up a screening point at the entrance of the meeting room to measure every attendee’s body temperature. The Company reserves the right to deny entry to anyone with a temperature of 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, anyone showing symptoms of fever, or anyone who has returned from a high-risk country (according to the announcement of the Ministry of Public Health) less than 14 days before the Meeting. This is to support the measures of the Department of Disease Control regarding the risk of widespread sustained transmission of COVID-19.
