THAICOM 6 Satellite is currently under the operation of National Telecommunications Public Company Limited (NT). THAICOM 6 is located at the prime orbital position of 78.5° East and is co-located with THAICOM 8. The satellite’s high-powered C-band and Ku-band payload provides broadcast and data services over Sub-Saharan Africa and Southeast Asia—including DTH, Video Distribution, Mobile Backhaul and IP Trunking services.
