Regarding the operating results of 2022, the Company has provided training sessions for employees both onsite
and online, representing an average of 23.78 hours of training/per person/year, and the number of trainees (not
repeating) was 49% of all the employees. The details are separated according to the level of employees as shown
in the table below.
