6.3.3 Other practices in accordance with good corporate governance’ principles

An intention to maintain Corporate Governance standards has resulted in the Company being recognized for its
excellence in Corporate Governance in 2022 as follows:

 The Company’s 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders was evaluated by the Thai Investors
Association under the AGM Assessment Program and was awarded a perfect score of 100 points,
 In the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies 2022 (CGR 2022) conducted by the
Thai Institute of Directors (IOD), the Company received a score of “Excellent”
