7.2.1 Composition of the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors adheres to good corporate governance guidelines for listed companies in performing its
various duties to ensure maximum benefits and returns to the Company’s shareholders and other stakeholders with
fairness, as it is the key factor to creating the value of the Company in the long-term for its sustainability.

1. The Board shall be composed of experts with a wide range of experience in various fields. The
Company has to additionally consider the knowledge, ability, experience, and management expertise
