Thaicom offers ProTrunk service which is a high speed Internet trunk connection via Thaicom satellites to the global Internet network designed for carriers/ IAPs/ ISPs from one of the Company’ s gateway partners in various countries directly to the customer's network via satellite thereby bypassing congested terrestrial lines.

ProTrunk services are categorized into three types: Simplex, Symmetrical and Asymmetrical Duplex services. Each service provides inbound (downstream) with speed ranging from 64Kbps to 45Mbps and with various combinations of outbound (upstream) speeds too.
