  • Control production output on daily basis and adjust working plan to prevent the delay.

Engineer Trainer

    Roles and Responsibilities :

  • General requirement of this position is to Specify, Develop and Provide training on IPSTAR broadband satellite products and services to IPSTAR partners in Thailand and other countries in Asia Pacific with the aim for the Partners to be able to operate IPSTAR ground system and provide IPSTAR service in the countries efficiently. The job description would be spanned in the following areas.


  • 1) Training Course Development.

  • Gather and Analyze training requirement from executives, marketing, engineering, operation and customers support teams within the head-quarter or oversea branches, as well as from Partners and Customers.
  • Define course objectives and course description for development of training course prototypes and production.
  • Collaborate with the IPSTAR Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to obtain knowledge of the new/latest IPSTAR product and services.
  • Establish training equipment/test-bed/tools for training course development, self-practicing and trainee’s practicing.
  • Develop training document, manuals, learning medias, video, class assignment, hands-on worksheets, quizzes, examination for the training courses to help the trainees understand and meet the objectives of the courses.
  • Follow up the changes or new development of IPSTAR hardware, software, system configuration, and service processes, and plan for the further changes in his/her responsible training courses.
  • Fulfill the training course development process with related SMEs team and properly register the training product in company’s document control system and e-learning system.


  • 2) Training Course Delivery.

  • Get certified for the knowledge, system hands-on skill and training skill in order to be able to conduct training course for IPSTAR.
  • Conduct training or knowledge transfer to customer, Partner, staff in Headquarter or oversea.
  • Gather or analyze the training requirement of the specific customer group in order to deliver training within the scope of work for customers.
  • Coordinate with the training contact of the customer to prepare training plan and arrange training class properly.
  • Maintain or Ensure the training equipment and facilities would be available and ready for conducting the class.
  • Ensure the quality of training course delivered to customer by means of customer interaction, skill verification, customer satisfaction survey, customer visit etc.
  • Provide training report after completion of the training to the training program managers, account manager or project managers.
  • Report or Escalate the customer concerns about the product or service problem if it is found during the class to the responsible product or service owners.
  • Keep training records for analysis and future usage.
  • Provide course-related product support & consultant to customers during or after trainings (onsite & offsite).
  • Understand IPSTAR system and service platform, service model and policy, company business processes in order to be able to instruct or give consultant to customers.

    Job Descriptions :

  • Receive payments and post amounts paid to customer accounts.
  • Locate and monitor overdue accounts, using computers and a variety of automated systems.
