Credit Officer

Roles & Responsibilities :

Review aging reports and initiates calls to customers with past-due balances to arrange for payment.
Initiate collection calls to major account customers, research and resolve past due issues on complex accounts.
Forecast cash collections, evaluating and escalating issues to appropriate internal and external contacts.
Evaluate if credit or debits need to be issued and rationalizes payment plans with customers.
Perform routine accounting reconciliations, reduce account aging, and establish clear and concise communications with inquiry organization to resolve billing disputes
Support order release process: make recommendations on judgmental decisions and provide necessary escalation.

Technical Trainer – IPSTAR User Terminal Installation and Applications (Patumthani base, 2 positions)

Roles & Responsibilities :

General requirement of this position is to Specify, Develop and Provide training on IPSTAR broadband satellite products and services to IPSTAR partners in Thailand and other countries in Asia Pacific. It is aimed for the IPSTAR Partners, its installers and engineers to be able to install IPSTAR User Terminals, setup the user terminals and network equipment for the extensible IPSTAR applications such as broadband internet access, internet sharing, VoIP, VPN. .
The trainer is required to deliver IPSTAR User Terminal training courses and other courses in the same family.
The trainer is required to manage the training class, User terminal equipment and installation tools for training, for example, Satellite antenna, Feed assembly, BUC, LNB, Satellite modem, etc.
The trainer is responsible in maintaining and evaluating the training record and planning for the continual training for the target group.
The trainer will also be the part of team who will analyze and assess the installation performance of the installers and the overall service quality of the user terminals installed in the field.
The trainer will be responsible in implementing the train-the-training program in order to build installation trainers in other countries.

Qualification :

Male.
