Shenington Investments is a holding company incorporated in Singapore to invest in international telecommunications, with the investments in two companies including Mfone Co., Ltd. and Lao Telecommunications Co., Ltd. In 2007, Thaicom hold 51% stake of the shares in Shenington, and Asia Mobile Holdings Pte., Ltd. (AMH), a joint venture between Qatar Telecom and ST Telemedia, hold 49%.
