THAICOM is emphasized and determined to carry on business operation with honesty, transparency, fairness and in agreement with the principle on good controlling and monitoring corporate activities in accordance with Good Corporate Governance and Code of Conduct to promote the Company and to set an international standard of THAICOM’s operational.

The Company also determined every employee to against corruption of any forms with absoluteness because of the realization that corruption are major threats to free and fair competition as well as encourage employees to follow and implement with core value of the Company as following:

In 2013, the Board of Directors are concerned in transparency for business operation, hence, on 8 August 2013, the Board of Directors has resolved the approval of anti-corruption and bribery policy and also insist to support in countering corruption by declared the intention to enter a process of collective action coalition program called Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption7 which are coordinated by the private sector under the framework and international of principle against corruption that will work in cooperation with civil society, media, and international organizations to foster cleaner business practices.

On 16 January 2015, the Committee of Thailand’s Private Sector Collective Action Coalition Against Corruption (CAC) adopted the resolution that THAICOM has been already passed the certify process as a member of CAC.

Principle of Anti-Corruption Policy

The company has the policy of anti- corruption (Zero- Tolerance Policy) with absoluteness and observes all the applicable laws with regard to anti-corruption in Thailand. This practice extends itself to include group of companies with overseas operations to be in line with the local applicable laws in those countries.

The company shall not take part in corruption whether directly or indirectly and is determined to impose the effective anti-corruption measures.

Employees (includes directors, executives, every employee of the company) must not get involved in any actions which can be interpreted as corruption with regard to giving and/or tasking bribe to/from any state officials or private sectors, for example personnel of various companies having business activities with the company whether directly or indirectly in order to win or maintain a business or advantages in competition.
